When submitting any of the forms (contact us, mailing list, donations, volunteers) and if you should get the following message, "Please enter the passcode exactly as you see it!" even after keying in the Passcode Numbers exactly... It has to do with the users' security settings on their browser. The stricter the setting, the more difficult it is to do any type of transaction through the Internet.
The normal setting is Medium High. To change the Privacy Settings, Click on Tools at the top of the browser, click on Internet Options, (An Internet Options window will pop up), click on the Privacy Tab. You will see a "Scroll Bar" move it down to Medium High. Once, this is accomplished, they will be able to submit the form without this message popping up, "Please enter the passcode exactly as you see it!"
