• Prepare annual proposalsSubmit proposals to local businesses
• Maintain proposal contact information
• Act as liaison with corporate sponsors and BHS Board
• Follow up with sponsors for receipt of donations
• Time commitment – ongoing throughout the year

​Event Operations Leader

• Create a timeline for auction day events
• Integral team leader coordinating with the auction committee members overseeing the events activities including banquet operations, live program and checkout
• Responsible for overseeing Registration and Silent Auction and Live Auction operations
• Volunteer coordination in each area

• Coordinate committee to contact local businesses for donation items
• Maintain donor receipt records
• Coordinate “basketing” for items with auction committee
• Work with database volunteer for the numbering and grouping of items

​Event Checkout Volunteers

• Work with beHeadStrong Treasurer and database coordinator
• Instruction for checkout volunteers
• Coordinate runners to assist guests with carry out items
